ROCK Music (Yeah! let's Rock it!)

I started to listen to Rock (in general) back when i was 16 years old. The first few bands i had listened to are pretty famous (like: Metallica,  Savatage, Queen, Whitesnake, Dream Theater). I preferred Hard Rock rather than Heavy-Metal, maybe because the former had mostly more talented melodies while the latter aimed to make things faster and noisier. Later on, i switched to other styles of Rock including Alternative, Funk and finally landing on my favorite style: Progressive Rock which is defined on WikiPedia. I now have a wide variety of albums which are hard to categorize easily (but most of them fall into Rock).

I will divide the rest of this sections into two pages one page for progressive (rock/metal) and the other page for the other rock style. tables in both pages are filled by these columns: my favorite bands, their obtained albums, their probable style, links and comments. (being a fan of a certain band for me doesn't mean getting obsessed by them personally rather loving their music and songs). Actually, these bands are justmy very favorites, moreover, i haven't included a band if i just have a single album for them.
